The Mary Glasgow Award

The Mary Glasgow Trust had for some years been presenting annual  Mary Glasgow School Awards  - cash prizes –  to modern language teaching projects which showed originality and proven success.

Since the introduction  of the European Awards for Languages, the Mary Glasgow Trust has been a partner with CILT, the National Centre for Languages, in these annual awards.

The Mary Glasgow Award – a cheque for £2000 – is presented each year to the EAL winning  project which most impresses the Trust’s judges.
